Former Government Minister, TD and barrister Mr Brian Lenihan left £246,942 in his will, published yesterday. Mr Lenihan, of Park View, Castleknock, Co Dublin, died in the Mater Hospital, Dublin, on November 1st, 1995.
The bulk of his estate was made up of the valuation of his home and its contents, £150,000 statutory death in service benefit of £51,000 and a £50,000 private Dail Eireann Group Life Assurance policy.
Mr Lenihan had transferred roper which he owned in Co Galway to his widow, Ann, in 1992. She is the sole beneficiary of the will.
