London - Harrods' boss, Mr Mohamed al-Fayed, told the High Court yesterday that if Prince Philip objected to conspiracy allegations relating to the death of Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed, he could sue him.
"Let Prince Philip sue me. Let MI5 and MI6 sue me. They know they are above the law," he said.
He was being questioned by Mr Desmond Browne QC on the third day of his evidence in the High Court action in which he is being sued for libel damages by the former Tory MP, Mr Neil Hamilton.
