Limerick boss Justin McCarthy has named Ollie Moran at centre forward for Sunday’s All-Ireland SHC semi-final against Tipperary at Croke Park. Wayne McNamara is the player to miss out from their qualifier win over Dublin in Thurles. As a result, David Breen moves out to the right corner forward.
McCarthy has also moved Gavin O’Mahony to the middle of the park, with Seamus Hickey dropping back to the half back line. Damien Reale has got over his bout of influenza and is named at right corner back.
Brendan Maher comes into the Tipperary defence in place of Conor O’Brien in the only change from the side that beat Waterford in the Munster Final.
His introduction sees a rearrangement of both lines, with Brendan slotting in at left wing back, allowing Padraic Maher take over the full back berth. Paul Curran moves from the number three jersey to take O’Brien’s slot at left corner.
