GAA round-up:Limerick booked their place in the All-Ireland SHC semi-finals on Sunday with a convincing victory over Clare at Croke Park.
The scoreline ended 1-23 to 1-16 with Donie Ryan slotting home the goal for Limerick and Diarmaid McMahon replying for Clare.
Limerick will meet either Waterford v Cork in the semi-final, which is due to be held on August 12.
Waterford and Cork met in today's other quarter-final clash at Croke Park on Sunday but will have to do it all over again after that game ended in a draw.
The final scoreline was Waterford 3-16 Cork 3-16.
In yesterday's SHC quarter-finals, Kilkenny beat Galway by 3-22 to 1-18, while Wexford overcame Tipperary by 3-10 to 1-14.
The semi-final clash between Kilkenny and Wexford will take place on August 5.
