Austin Healey has been added to the British and Irish Lions team to play Australia in Saturday's third and deciding rugby test in Sydney.

The versatile England back was selected to play on the right wing at the expense of Welshman Dafydd James.

Ireland’s Brian O’Driscoll, Rob Henderson and Keith Wood retain their places while out-half Ronan O’Gara is named among the substitutes.

Healy is one of three changes to the starting side that lost last weekend's second test in Melbourne 35-14.
