Liverpool have agreed terms to bring Czech Republic international Milan Baros to Anfield, said the club's website.
The 19-year-old striker has an impressive strike rate in his international career so far, having scored nine goals in 14 games for the under-21 side and two goals in as many games for the senior side.
The news comes as concerns over a Robbie Fowler knee injury heighten and a packed pre-season schedule is upon Gerard Houllier’s men.
Baros is playing his football at Banik Ostrava and will make up a trio of Czech internationals at Anfield when he joins countrymen Patrik Berger and Vladimir Smicer on Merseyside.
