Gaelic Games:The draw has been made for the first round of the All Ireland SFC qualifiers, with the meeting of Longford and Derry the standout fixture. The matches will all take place on Saturday, June 30th, with times and venues yet to be announced.

Longford will be looking to continue their good form of late, as they have already claimed the NFL Division Two title this season and were extremely unlucky to exit the Leinster championship after a narrow defeat in a replay against Wexford.

Derry, on the other hand, will be looking to get their season back on track following a 10-point pasting at the hands of Jim McGuinness’s Donegal in Ballybofey at the weekend. Glenn Ryan’s side will have home advantage for the tie.

Armagh embark on the scenic route with a trip to Roscommon, who will be looking to restore some pride after their capitulation against Galway, while there will be two all-Leinster ties as Westmeath host Louth and Carlow travel to Laois, and one all-Ulster clash with Fermanagh facing Cavan.
