Tonight’s Lotto jackpot is heading for €11 million after rolling over for the past 11 draws.

The top prize has not been won since the beginning of May, and Lotto chiefs said the last time the jackpot reached this amount was on April 16th.

It was not won then and rolled over to April 26th and the second highest jackpot ever at €15 million.

Picking a winner is worth €15,000 to the agent who sells the ticket, although they have to pay tax on it, unlike the lucky winner or winners of the jackpot itself.
