Racing: Niall Mackey will continue as acting manager at Fairyhouse until further notice.
Mackey, who is chief executive of Horse Racing Ireland's racecourse division, stays in the role in addition to his overall responsibility for HRI's interests at Leopardstown, Navan, Tipperary and Cork.
Brian Kavanagh, chief executive of HRI, said: "HRI has addressed the short-term financial needs of Fairyhouse and the priority now is to put in place a long-term business and development plan to grow both its raceday and non-raceday business.
"Niall has been acting manager since the end of October and his continuation in this role will enable us to build on progress to date in ensuring the success of this wonderful racecourse."
