Bord Failte and the Tourism Marketing Partnership will spend almost £100 million on marketing Ireland in 2001.
Visitor numbers and revenue are expected to increase by 6 per cent next year.
In all, an additional 300,000 to 350,000 people are expected to visit Ireland.
Growth targets and revenue for 2002 and 2003 are set at 5 per cent per annum.
