to improve consumer access, with consumers' representatives sitting on the national GMO advisory committee which vets GM crop test proposals
to ensure liability, using strict EU regulations to make those responsible for damage to the environment from GM foods liable
to consider ethical issues under the broader remit of the Government's interdepartmental group, which is examining the full implications of GM foods for Ireland
to provide more biotechnology information, in particular, greater effort by State agencies to inform the public
to review the second-level science curriculum with a view to fully exploiting biotechnology.
