A man (24) has died following a fire at an oil depot in Co Louth this morning.
The blaze happened at Castleroche, some 10km west of Dundalk, at about 7am. Fire fighters from Dundalk, Drogheda and Ardee attended the scene, as did the fire and rescue service from the North.
Fire fighters recovered the man's body from a shed, and three road tankers were destroyed in the fire.
State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy carried out a postmortem on the man's body today.
