A 71-year-old man died today when he was struck by trailer on an articulated truck.
Gardaí in Tipperary Town are investigating the incident which happened at around 4.30 pm on Main Street, in the town.
The deceased was taken to Waterford Regional Hospital.
Gardaí are appealing for anybody who may have witnessed the accident to contact them at 062-80670 or any Garda Station.
