A 46-year-old man was admitted to hospital with leg injuries early yesterday morning after an apparent punishment beating. Gardai say men with northern accents wearing balaclavas broke into his house in Ashling Park, Cox's Demesne, Dundalk, at around midnight. They do not suspect a paramilitary link.
