A man is due to appear in court today charged with aggravated burglary and two counts of false imprisonment.
The charges relate to an incident in Lisburn, Co Antrim, on January 17th, in which a pensioner died.
George Foster (82) collapsed after escaping from his house on Manor Drive. He ran to a neighbour's house to phone the police.
Mr Foster suffered from angina, and a post-mortem found he died of heart failure.
