A 30-year-old man is to appear in court tomorrow morning charged in connection to the death of Don Geasley (42) in Co Cork last month.
Don Greasley's body was found with serious injuries at the back of a house in Masseytown, Macroom, he rented at about 10.30am on Thursday, September 15th by the owner of the property.
A postmortem confirmed he had been the victim of a violent assault, but results of toxicology tests may confirm the exact cause of death.
A 30-year-old man was arrested in Bandon early this morning.
He is due to appeare before Bantry District Court at 10.30am tomorrow.
