British police charged a man last night over a string of letter bombs in the past two months that injured at least 10 people.
The man, named as Miles Cooper, was charged with seven offences under the Explosive Substances Act and with five under the Offences Against the Person Act, the Crown Prosecution Service said.
Mr Cooper, who was arrested on Monday at a house in Cambridge, will appear in court today.
It is reported Mr Cooper is aged 27 and works as a caretaker at a primary school in Cambridge.
At least 10 people were injured, none of them seriously, in five letter bomb attacks between January 18th and February 7th aimed at science laboratories and companies and organisations with motoring links.
Two other bombs were detected before they went off.
In one of the worst attacks, six people were hurt in Swansea, south Wales, on February 7th when a letter bomb exploded at the offices of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, which collects vehicle tax and keeps records of ownership.
