A man charged with having unlawful carnal knowledge of a 13-year-old girl is to appear in a Dublin court today. The 24-year-old father of three children from Co Louth appeared before Dublin District Court last Saturday charged with having unlawful carnal knowledge of the girl on August 27th.
When charged at Ronanstown Garda station, the defendant replied: "I didn't rape her" but he would not sign his statement, the court was told. He is to be brought before Kilmainham District Court today.
