One man has died and six people have been brought to hospital following a road accident in Co Westmeath.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident which happened on the N4 at Coralstown, between Mullingar and Kinnegad.
It is understood that at least two of the injured are in a serious condition in Mullingar General Hospital.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the crash.
