A man is to appear in court tomorrow over the murder of Mr Patrick Pepper near St Stephen’s Green in Dublin on Tuesday night.

The man (23) was arrested yesterday evening and is due before Dublin District Court tomorrow morning.
A murder inquiry began after Mr Pepper’s body was found at the corner of St Stephen’s Green, near Baggot street, at the Wolfe Tone monument on late Tuesday night.
Results from a Post mortem results confirmed that Mr Pepper (40), from Irishtown in Dublin, had suffered a violent death and severe facial injuries.
