A 36-year-old man arrested in connection with the murder of teenager Mr Gavin Brett is due to appear in court in Belfast today charged with withholding information.
According to the RUC, the charge is connected to the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Mr Brett on Sunday night in north Belfast.
A second man arrested yesterday afternoon was later released without charge.
Mr Brett, a Protestant, was talking with friends outside St Enda's GAA club when he was hit by gunfire intended for Catholics in the group.
Hundreds of people attended a cross-community vigil on Tuesday night at the spot where the young man was killed.
Mr Brett's father, Michael, who helped treat victims of the Omagh bombing outrage which killed 29 people in 1998, earlier said his son "had not a bigoted bone in his body".
Meanwhile, composer Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber disclosed yesterday that he would dedicate the final performance of his London musical The Beautiful Game on September 1st to Gavin.
The musical centres on two teenage friends in the North who play football together but are caught up in sectarian violence off the pitch.
