READING - A manager who touched a woman's hair was fined £500 for sexual harassment at an industrial tribunal.
The tribunal, in a Good Friday sitting in Berkshire, heard how the manager at an international freight company begged a married woman assistant to go out with him and then asked if he could touch her hair.
