A man has appeared in court in Buncrana in relation to a car crash in Donegal last year in which eight people died.
He was arrested this morning and charged with dangerous driving, causing the death of eight people.
Shaun Kelly (22), of Hill Road, Buncrana, appeared at Buncrana District Court this morning charged in relation to the deaths.
Seven people aged between 19 and 23 were killed in the crash on the Inishowen Peninsula on July 11th, 2010.

An eighth man, Hugh Friel (66) of Dunaff, Clonmany, the driver of the second car, also died as a result of the crash which happened on the Buncrana to Clonmany road.
Mr Kelly was remanded on bail and is due back in court on December 8th.
