A warrant has been issued for one of the men accused of unlawful carnal knowledge until the Supreme Court ruling on the unconstitutionality of legislation last year relating to his case.
Melanie Greally BL, prosecuting, told Dublin Circuit Criminal Court court that the man, known as "Mr G", had not been living at his bail address for a number of weeks.
He had also had failed to sign on at a Garda station as required by his bail conditions since mid-June.
Justin McQuade BL, defending, said he had received no instructions from the man, who did not appear in court.
