Fairfield - A woman who may have been seeking to avenge a murder 14 years ago had sex with a California man and then sliced off his penis, police in Fairfield, near San Francisco, said yesterday. Mr Alan Hall (48), met a woman, identifying herself as "Brenda" last week and subsequently had sex with her at his home. She reportedly made a statement implying she wanted revenge for Mr Hall's conviction in the 1983 murder of a friend of hers. Police said she then used a cutting tool to cut off his penis. He and the severed organ were taken to a hospital, but surgeons were unable to reattach the penis.
