A man arrested in connection with a stabbing in a Chinese take-away in west Belfast was today released pending further inquiries.
A 22-year-old man was seriously injured in the attack which happened in the Whiterock Road area in the early hours of Saturday.
The victim was stabbed in the back by at least one person, believed to have been part of a group of eight to ten youths.
A PSNI spokeswoman confirmed a man arrested in the Ballymurphy area of the city yesterday had since been released.
