A 25-year-old man who was arrested in relation to a fatal stabbing in Limerick early this morning has been released without charge.
A garda spokesperson said a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The victim, who has been named as Stephen O'Grady (45) of Lenihan Avenue, was found with several stab wounds at the house in the Prospect area of the city at around 2am.
He was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
