PSNI officers investigating a stabbing which occurred in Belfast yesterday today released a 23-year-old man they had been questioning, though a 27 year-old male is still in custody.
The two were arrested by police investigating the stabbing of a 25-year-old man at around 1.30pm yesterday.
The victim is in a serious condition in hospital after he was stabbed in the stomach in an incident at a house at Epworth Street, in east Belfast.
Police today said the 23-year-old man was released on bail pending further inquiries.
