Mr Patsy Griffin, a hospital worker, of Dean Cavanagh Place, Kilkenny, was in intensive care in St Luke's Hospital, Kilkenny, last night after he was attacked and stabbed up to 18 times. Gardai arrested and questioned a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl. A file is being prepared for the DPP.
