A west Belfast man who tricked his way into a pensioner's home before attempting to rape the 77 year old woman was sentenced to four years' detention yesterday.
Joseph Rice (20), of Glesvey Gardens, Twinbrook, pleaded guilty at Belfast Crown Court to attempted rape on June 25th last year.
