A company director who pleaded guilty to making false tax returns has been remanded on bail for sentence on March 3rd. Brian Williams, Inchicore Road, Dublin, a director of Cavan Crystal Ltd, pleaded guilty in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to five charges of making false VAT, PRSI and PAYE returns on dates between 1992 and 1994.
Evidence of the crimes will be given at the sentence hearing.
