A man who waved a Tricolour at an RAF Battle of Britain commemoration parade in Belfast last month was fined £50 yesterday. Martin McKee, a 22-year-old security guard, of Donegall Street, Belfast, admitted behaviour likely to lead to a breach of the peace. The Magistrates Court was told McKee waved the Tricolour from the window of his flat opposite St Anne's Cathedral where a 60th anniversary service was being held.
