Racing: Master Minded will face six rivals in the Seasons Holidays Tingle Creek Chase at Sandown on Saturday.
It has already been confirmed that Tony McCoy will be in the saddle for the first time while regular pilot Ruby Walsh is sidelined. Sam Thomas rides at Chepstow instead.
Paul Nicholls' five-year-old waltzed away with the Champion Chase at Cheltenham, a performance that saw him end the season as the highest-rated horse
in training.
However, he failed to shine when stepped up to two and a half miles at Aintree,
with Cheltenham second Voy Por Ustedes comprehensively turning the tables.
Nicholls, who has a great record in the race, will also run last year's winner Twist Magic and Takeroc.
Howard Johnson's Tidal Bay, a 13-length winner of the Arkle, will take his chance along with L'Antartique, Fiepes Shuffle and Mahogany Blaze.
