Ireland have added another new face to their management set-up ahead of the start of the Lloyds TSB Six Nations Championship next month.
The Irish Rugby Football Union have appointed Fermanagh-born Mike McGurn, the St Helens Rugby League Club's health, strength and condition coach, as their national fitness co-ordinator.
McGurn joins new head coach Eddie O'Sullivan, assistant Declan Kidney, forwards coach Niall O'Donovan and defensive coach Mick Ford in the Irish set-up preparing for the Six Nations, which begins on February 3rd against Wales at Lansdowne Road.
Mike Bull, who previously held the position in a temporary capacity, has taken over as fitness co-ordinator for Ireland's international under-age squads.
