Formula 1: McLaren will not be appealing against the spy scandal sanctions imposed eight days ago by the World Motor Sport Council.
McLaren were fined £50million and stripped of all constructors' points for this season following a second hearing into the affair at the FIA headquarters in Paris.
Explaining his team's decision, McLaren boss Ron Dennis said: "We believe the time has come to put this huge distraction behind us."
Dennis now wants to focus on winning this year's drivers' title, with Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso separated by just two points with three races remaining in Japan, China and Brazil.
Dennis added: "McLaren wants to win races and world championships.
"We are fortunate to have, and continue to receive, unwavering support from our employees, sponsor partners and Formula One fans across the world - all of whom are equally keen we totally focus on winning this year's drivers' championship and the remaining three races of the season."
