Former Yugoslav President Mr Slobodan Milosevic will make his first appearance before the International War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague on Tuesday morning.
He will be brought before a judge, the charges will be read to him and he willbe asked to enter hisplea ofeither guilty or not guilty.
MrMilosevic spent his first nightin custody in The Hague last night after the Serb authorities handed himover for trial.

Mr Milosevic was flown in from the Balkans in the early hours of this morning to face charges of "crimes against humanity".
A police helicopter was seen landing inside the walls of Scheveningen detention centre just after midnight.
He was flown to the Netherlands in an RAF aircraft.
This morning he underwent a medical examination, which gave him the all-clear. He was reported to be suffering from depression and high blood pressure in prison in Belgrade.
Mr Milosevic will be interviewed by tribunal officials later today. Theywillread the charges against him and explain his rights.
He isexpected to make his first court appearance next week.
Mr Milosevic, who ruled Yugoslavia for 13 years, was indicted for atrocities committed in Kosovo during the campaign of so-called ethnic cleansing two years ago.
Efforts to bring him to justice had intensified ahead of today's international conference in Brussels to agree a package of financial aid to rebuild war-ravaged Yugoslavia.
