Braga - A Portuguese minister was battered in the face with a cod as he opened an exhibition. "That'll teach you how to govern," Mr Antonio Costa's assailant said as he slapped the Minister for Parliamentary Affairs with the fish.
The Minister was opening an exhibition in this northern city on Thursday as part of a series of events ahead of Expo '98, the last world trade fair this millennium, which is being held in Lisbon.
