The Dublin City Coroner yesterday returned a verdict of death by misadventure on a 23 year old Dublin man who was found in a collapsed state with a needle in his arm in a city centre flat.
Thomas Moore, of Greencastle Park, Coolock, was discovered by two children at a flat in St Mary's Mansions, off Railway Street, on December 19th last.
A post mortem examination revealed that his death had resulted from respiratory failure due to the toxic effects of a combination of cocaine, methadone and other opiates.
