A 22-year-old man was killed shortly before midnight on Sunday when his motorcycle went out of control on a bend at Clooncormack, Hollymount, Co Mayo.
The victim was named yesterday as Mr Lee Cassidy, a single man from Ross, near Castlebar, Co Mayo.
He was taking a right-hand bend when the motorcycle went through a fence and struck a tree.
