The man accused of murdering Ms Mary Dillon at Beneavin Road, Glasnevin, Dublin, on November 21st last was again remanded when he appeared in Dublin District Court.
Mr Richard Kearney (17), of Finglas Place, Finglas, heard that a book of evidence was still not ready to be served.
The State Solicitor told Judge Thomas Fitzpatrick that it was a large and complex file.
The judge said in view of the gravity of the charge he would not make the book peremptory but warned the State that time was running out. He remanded the defendant in custody to June 4th for the book of evidence.
