Washington - The United States announced yesterday that North Korea had agreed to allow access to an underground site which Washington suspected was part of a nuclear project.
The State Department spokesman, Mr James Rubin, told reporters the agreement would allow an unlimited number of visits to the entire site, with the first in May this year.
"An agreement has been struck in New York with the North Koreans on access to the suspect underground site at Kumchang-ri," Mr Rubin said.
