GUAYAQUIL - The Ecuadorean President, Mr Abdala Bucaram, belted out songs and danced on stage at a concert where he presented his first compact disc entitled A Madman in Love. The flamboyant new president was wearing casual trousers and a black sports shirt and flanked by family members and government aides as he played to a crowd of thousands.
