RTE has announced the appointment of a new current affairs editor, television. He is Mr Gary Agnew, currently working as executive producer on the current affairs Prime Time programme. Mr Agnew joined RTE in 1982 as a reporter on Today Tonight. His new responsibility includes Prime Time, Questions and Answers, Divided World and the financial series Money Box.
