A technology park in Antrim is to receive a £0.75 million British government cash boost to lure more businesses.

A technology park in Antrim is to receive a £0.75 million British government cash boost to lure more businesses.

Invest Northern Ireland said the £750,000 investment for Antrim Technology Park had been allocated towards improving roads at the Belfast Road site and upgrading its facilities.

The agency's managing director of corporate services Colin Lewis said: "This new investment will revitalise the park and reinforce its position as a suitable location for competitive, globally focused businesses.

Roadworks, aimed at improving access to the park, are scheduled for completion by December 2006.
