Algerian Abbas Boutrab was the first man with suspected links to the terror group to be jailed in the North.

He was jailed in November 2005 for six years for downloading information on how to build a bomb capable of blowing up a passenger jet. Having been in custody for two-and-a-half years before conviction his sentence is now complete.
