Economic recovery and job-creation were “shared goals” between the administrations on both sides of the Border, Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs Eamon Gilmore has said.

He was speaking after a meeting at Stormont yesterday to discuss North- South co-operation with First Minister Peter Robinson, acting Deputy First Minister John O’Dowd and Minister for Regional Development, Danny Kennedy.

The meeting was held within the framework of the North-South Ministerial Council set up under the Belfast Agreement.
