Irish and British officials are due to meet in London today as efforts continue to try to break the impasse in the peace process.
The meeting comes a day after the British Prime Minister Mr Tony Blair hosted the main pro-agreement parties at Downing Street
The talks which focused on the key stumbling blocks of decommissioning, demilitarisation and policing produced no clear sign of a breakthrough.
Sinn Fein said limited progress had been made at the Downing Street talks, while warning that the British government still had "a very big mountain" to climb.

Ulster Unionist leader Mr David Trimble said Sinn Fein's position on paramilitary disarmament remained "deeply unsatisfactory."
Both sides blamed the other for the impasse.
