Army bomb disposal teams were deployed in Dublin, Limerick and Kildare today following the discovery of a number of improvised explosive devices.
Early this morning the Defence Forces deployed a team to a residential estate in the Oblate Drive area of Inchicore following a request from gardaí.
The team arrived on scene at 12.25am and examined the device which was located outside a private residence.
