GAA:Dublin were dealt an injury blow with news that Eoghan O'Gara out of the All-Ireland SFC quarter-finals due to a broken wrist.

O'Gara sustained the injury during the first half of the Leinster final against Wexford last weekend.

The injury is expected to rule the Templeogue/Synge Street player out for at least eight weeks, which means he will be unavailable coming into a key part of the championship.

He will definitely miss the quarter-finals at the end of the month and is doubtful for the semi-finals in the third and fourth weeks in August if Dublin get that far.

O’Gara’s team-mate Philly McMahon is also expected to miss the last eight encounter due to a knee injury picked up against Laois in the Leinster quarter-final.

Meanwhile Roscommon manager Fergal O'Donnell has kept faith with the same starting line-up who defeated Leitrim ahead of this Sunday's Connacht SFC final against Mayo at DR Hyde Park this Sunday (throw-in 2pm).

Mayo are also unchanged. James Horan's side needed extra-time to beat London in the quarter-finals in May but were more convincing when disposing of Galway in the semis on a scoreline of 1-12 to 1-06.
