A Dún Laoghaire councillor who lives in Kerry had the lowest council meeting attendance record at his local authority for the second year running, new data shows.
Independent councillor Gearóid O’Keeffe, formerly a member of Fine Gael, whose primary residence is registered as Kells Bay, Co Kerry, attended 12 meetings out of a possible 40 last year.
His attendance record had improved on 2011, when he was at only nine of a possible 46 council meetings.
